and include as much of the following information as possible:

1) Date and timings of the event.

2) Location (venue and address) of the event.

3) Estimated number of people attending the event.

4) Organisers or promoters name and contact details including telephone and fax numbers and email address.

On receipt of these details we will make contact with the Event Organiser and discuss the possibility of our attending.

Should we make a sucessful booking from your proposal, you will be entitled to £25.00 of FREE photographs!

Class 1 Event Photography generally do not charge for attending an event. However, this ultimately depends on the size, nature and number of guests attending your event.
